Service Description
MatrimonyBio provides an online platform for creating professional biodata profiles for Indian matrimony purposes. Our service allows users to create, customize, and download biodata documents in PDF format.
User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using MatrimonyBio, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all eligibility requirements.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information when creating your biodata. You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information you provide.
Payment Terms
The service requires a payment of ₹49 for each biodata download. Payment must be made through our secure payment gateway. All payments are non-refundable once the download is completed. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with notice.
Intellectual Property
The MatrimonyBio platform, including its design, templates, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create, but we retain rights to the platform and templates.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the service.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend or discontinue the service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
MatrimonyBio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.

Termination
