No Refunds After Download
Once you have successfully downloaded your biodata PDF, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of the reason for the refund request, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the design, content errors, or change of mind.
Payment Process
Payment of ₹49 is required only when you choose to download your completed biodata. You can create, edit, and preview your biodata completely free of charge. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners, and you will receive a confirmation once the payment is successful.
User Ownership Rights
You completely own all rights to your biodata content. Once you download your biodata, you have full ownership and can edit, modify, distribute, or use it in any way you see fit. We do not retain any rights to your personal information or the final biodata document. You are free to make any changes to the content, design, or format of your biodata after download.
Before Download
Before making payment and downloading your biodata, you have unlimited opportunities to preview, edit, and modify your content. We strongly encourage you to review your biodata thoroughly before proceeding with the download. Once you are satisfied with your biodata, you may proceed with payment and download.
Download Confirmation
After successful payment, your biodata will be immediately available for download. The download process is automatic and cannot be reversed. Once the file has been downloaded to your device, the transaction is considered complete and final.
Technical Issues
In the rare event of technical issues preventing download after payment, we will work to resolve the issue promptly. If we are unable to provide your biodata within 24 hours of payment, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion. This does not apply to cases where the download was successful but the user later requests a refund.
Service Cancellation
You may cancel your use of our service at any time before making payment. Since the creation and editing of biodata is free, there are no charges to cancel. If you decide not to proceed with payment and download, you can simply close the browser or navigate away from the service.
Payment Method Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and bank. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider or bank.
